Shipping & Delivery
Where we ship from
All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from warehouses located in Australia and delivered by Australia Post or a domestic courier. Nothing is shipped to you from overseas, so there are no customs delays and no three-week waits.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 1–2 business days of your payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed from the next business day.
Delivery estimates
The times below are from the day you order, and include dispatch.

These are estimates based on our carriers' published transit times, not guarantees. Neither we nor our carriers can guarantee delivery on a specific date. Delivery times extend during November and December.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99.
- Flat rate $9.95 standard shipping on orders under $99.
- Bulky items (cubby houses, easels, large ride-ons) and some remote postcodes may carry a surcharge. Any surcharge is shown at checkout before you pay — you will never be charged more than the amount you confirm.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If your tracking hasn't updated in three business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier for you — you don't have to do it yourself.
Multiple items
Our range is held across several Australian warehouses. If your order includes items from more than one of them, it will arrive in separate parcels, often on different days, and each parcel will have its own tracking number. You are never charged more than once for shipping.
Missing, late or damaged parcels
Contact us at info@mjeec.com.au with your order number. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we replace or refund it — that is your right under the Australian Consumer Law and we don't make you argue for it.
Delivery instructions
If nobody is home, most carriers will leave the parcel in a safe place or take it to a nearby collection point. You can add delivery instructions at checkout. Parcels left as instructed at an unsecured address are at your risk.
Buying for a birthday or Christmas?
Order with time to spare — we'd rather you had it early than cut it fine. If you're on a deadline, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.
