Returns & Refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Change of mind. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided it is unused, in resaleable condition, and in its original packaging with all parts and instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and original shipping charges are not refunded. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Contact us with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund you in full including original shipping, and we will provide a prepaid return label at our cost. Original packaging is not required to make a claim, and this right is not limited to 30 days — consumer guarantees apply for a period that is reasonable given the nature and price of the product.

Safety recalls. If a product you have purchased becomes subject to a safety recall, stop using it immediately and contact us. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you regardless of the date of purchase.

Exclusions (change of mind only). Gift cards; items sold as clearance seconds where the fault was disclosed at the time of purchase; and opened craft consumables such as paints, dough and slime, for hygiene reasons. These exclusions do not apply where an item is faulty, unsafe or not as described.

How to start a return. Email info@mjeec.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within one business day with a return address or a prepaid label. Please do not return goods before contacting us, as items are held at different warehouses.

Refund processing. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of receipt of the returned goods, to the original payment method. Your financial institution may take a further 3–10 business days to display the credit.

Gifts. Where an order is identified as a gift at the time of purchase, the change-of-mind window is extended to 60 days and, on request, a refund may be issued to the recipient as store credit.
