Shipping & Delivery

Origin. All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from warehouses located in Australia and delivered by Australia Post or a domestic courier. We do not ship goods to customers from overseas warehouses.

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Estimated delivery times (from the day you order).

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra metropolitan areas: 3–6 business days
  • Perth, Hobart and Darwin metropolitan areas: 5–9 business days
  • Regional NSW, VIC, QLD and SA: 5–9 business days
  • Regional WA, NT, TAS and remote areas: 8–14 business days

These times are estimates based on our carriers' published transit times and are not guarantees. Neither we nor our carriers can guarantee delivery on a specific date. Delivery times may extend during November and December and around public holidays.

Shipping charges. Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more. $9.95 flat rate standard shipping on orders under $99. Bulky items and some remote postcodes may attract a surcharge, which is displayed at checkout before payment.

Split deliveries. Our range is held across several Australian warehouses. Orders containing items from more than one warehouse will arrive in separate parcels, often on different days, each with its own tracking number. You will not be charged more than one shipping fee for a single order.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking has not updated within three business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or damaged parcels. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will replace or refund the order. Parcels left at an unsecured address in accordance with delivery instructions you have provided are left at your risk.

Delivery area. We currently deliver within Australia only.
