Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Learning With Us website (learningwithus.com.au) and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. About us. Learning With Us is an Australian retailer of children's educational toys, based in Maroubra, New South Wales. Contact: info@mjeec.com.au

2. Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Product information. We take care to describe products accurately, including recommended minimum ages and the developmental skills a toy supports. Product images are indicative; colours may vary between screens and minor packaging variations occur. Recommended ages are safety recommendations, not skill ratings, and should be followed.

5. Safety and supervision. Toys must be used with appropriate adult supervision and in accordance with the age recommendation and instructions supplied. We supply products that meet the applicable Australian mandatory safety standards, including the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months and the mandatory standards for button and coin batteries and products containing them.

6. Consumer guarantees, returns and refunds. Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms and sets out your rights in detail.

7. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, images, layout and branding, is owned by or licensed to Learning With Us and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to the consumer guarantees, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the replacement of the product, the supply of an equivalent product, or the refund of the purchase price.

9. Privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time you place your order applies to that order.
